Naveed Siddiqi, Esq. is a native New Yorker from Jamaica, Queens, and the founder of Siddiqi Law Group, P.C. With over 10 years of legal experience, Mr. Siddiqi has built a reputation for providing practical, results-driven legal solutions in real estate, landlord-tenant law, and civil matters.

Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Siddiqi worked extensively with ECB violations, guiding clients through complex administrative issues alongside architects, engineers, and city agencies. This hands-on experience gave him a deep understanding of New York City property regulations and a passion for helping property owners resolve challenging legal matters efficiently.

Fluent in Spanish and Urdu, Mr. Siddiqi is committed to ensuring all clients are treated fairly. He understands that NYC’s landlord-tenant struggles are among the most challenging in the country and works tirelessly to protect his clients’ rights.

Known as a shark when you need one in your corner and a trusted ally throughout the entire process, he balances fierce advocacy with approachable, client-focused service.

Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Siddiqi is a real estate investor, landlord, and relocation specialist. His love for real estate drives his work, allowing him to combine personal insight with professional expertise. In his free time, Mr. Siddiqi enjoys traveling with his wife and three children, exploring new cuisines as a foodie, and indulging his passion as a watch enthusiast.

Mr. Siddiqi earned his Juris Doctor from New York Law School and has dedicated his career to advocating for property owners, tenants, and investors across New York City.
